About the Project
UFINC is a for profit for purpose real estate development firm. We build workforce housing and single family residents in traditionally black neighborhoods in US.
Our unique platform trains ex-offenders in the process. We work closely with Re-Entry Programs to identify men and women who what to pursue a career in construction and real estate investment.
Typically we sale/rent our end products to African Americans. This process harness the full potential of community!
We have completed 15 projects to date. We are looking to complete 5 more more.
